Zecoa

For takeaways and delivery-first kitchens

Own the orders you're renting

If most of your trade comes through a marketplace, you are paying a third of every basket to reach people who already know your name. Zecoa gives those regulars a site of your own to order from — and keeps the money, the list and the delivery inside your business.

What matters most

Three things a takeaway needs to get right.

A site customers actually use

ZCustomer installs from a link, a QR code on the bag or a search for your name — no app store. Delivery and collection from one menu, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and a basket that survives the kitchen being shut.

Never miss an order at the pass

ZMerchant sounds until someone answers, shows the accept window counting down, and prints the ticket on Bluetooth thermal the moment you tap Accept. Rush mode pushes every prep time out at once.

Your own riders, or not

DriverVue dispatches your own fleet with the route drawn before they accept and cash change worked out at the door. If you use a third-party courier instead, the rest of the platform works exactly the same.

The order

From a phone on the sofa to your rider’s hand.

They order on your site

Card authorised, not charged

The customer’s phone sends a cart, never a total. Your server prices every line and add-on from your own menu, applies the promo code and loyalty points, and holds the card until you accept.

You accept at the pass

Alarm until answered

Set a prep time and tap Accept. The hold is captured, the ticket prints, and the customer’s tracking screen updates. Reject, and the hold is simply released.

Your rider takes it out

Proof at the door

Dispatch offers the drop to a rider on duty in that zone. They collect against the reference, ride, and confirm at the door with a two-digit code from the customer — and the delivery fee goes to you and your rider, not a platform.

Pricing for a takeaway

Start on commission with nothing up front. Switch to £40 a month the week you pass £800 of orders.

Most takeaways start on the 5% plan — no gateway to open, no monthly fee — and move to a subscription once volume is steady. It is the same software either way; only the billing changes, and switching carries no penalty. If you have nowhere to host the ordering site, we host it — normally £2 a month, free in every plan for a limited time.

Put a card in every bag.

We import your menu from your marketplace listing, set up your site and printer, and run a full evening alongside whatever you use now. Then you decide.
