The ZCustomer web app is in every plan — customers install it from your site, and no store stands between them and your menu. If you want your own listing, with your name and icon and a search result of your own, we publish and maintain native iOS and Android builds under your brand.

If you don't already have hosting, your ZCustomer ordering site runs on ours — set up by us, on your own domain, kept up to date. Normally £2 a month, and free in every plan for a limited time.

Set your own numbers. Commission wins below £800 of monthly order value against Standard, and £1,200 against Unlimited — above that, a subscription is cheaper every single month.

Pricing questions
Before you pick a plan.
What happens if I go over 600 orders on Standard?
We tell you, and you move to Unlimited at £60 from the next billing month. Nothing stops working and no order is refused mid-service — 600 is a fair-use line, not a switch that flips off.
Which plan should I actually start on?
If you are turning over less than about £800 of orders a month, commission costs you less and asks for no commitment. Above that, the £40 subscription is cheaper — and the gap widens every month. We would rather tell you that now than have you find it on your third invoice.
Do I need my own web hosting for the ordering site?
No. If you already have hosting, we set the ordering site up on it and point your domain at it. If you don't, we host it for you on your own domain — normally £2 a month, and free in every plan for a limited time. Either way it is your domain and your customer data.
Can I switch between the two models?
Yes, in either direction, with no penalty and no re-implementation. It is the same software either way; only the billing and who runs the payment gateway change.
Are there setup fees or a contract?
No setup fee, and no minimum term on either model. Setup, menu import and training are included. You keep your own menu, customer list and order history throughout, and can export them at any point.
What does it cost to run more than one site?
Pricing is per site, since each restaurant gets its own ordering app, its own kitchen board and its own dispatch. If you run several, tell us how many when you book a demo and we will quote the group rather than the sum of the parts.
