For groups and multi-site operators

Every site with its own board, dispatch and report

Each restaurant in the group gets its own ordering site, its own kitchen board on its own private realtime channel, its own riders and its own shift report — with staff access gated by named permissions, not by who has the tablet.

What matters most

Three things a group needs that a single site doesn't.

Sites that can't see each other

Each site subscribes to its own private realtime channel, derived from that restaurant’s own identity. A kitchen display can only ever show tickets belonging to the restaurant it signed in to.

Access by permission, not by device

ZMerchant gates its screens behind named permissions — a manager sees the shift report, a runner sees the board. Theme, language and printers are kept per device, so a shared login cannot change the pass screen.

The same words in every kitchen

Stage names, caution and late timings and colours are set per site, so a grill kitchen and a pizza kitchen can run different pipelines. English and Greek, chosen per device.

A restaurant owner with a tablet.

Pricing for a group

Priced per site — and quoted as a group, not the sum of the parts.

Each site gets its own ordering app, kitchen board and dispatch, so pricing is per site. Tell us how many when you book a call and we will quote the group. Every site can be on subscription, on commission, or mixed — a new opening on 5% with nothing up front, the flagship on £60 unlimited.

Start with one site. Roll out when it holds.

We bring the first site across, run a full evening with it, and set the second up from the first's configuration — same stage names, same timings, its own board.
